NG20 is an IT lab environment used to evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies, monitor production applications, and build custom web applications and games for customers.

Email communications
NG20 sends only transactional email to customers, collaborators, and registered users of internal applications. This includes:
- Account creation, verification, and password resets
- Project status updates and deployment notifications
- Monitoring and alerting messages for opted-in subscribers
- Security-related account alerts
We do not send marketing or promotional mail. Bounces and complaints are handled automatically — hard bounces are permanently suppressed; complaints remove the recipient from all non-critical notifications.
